Hard to understand how hello always ends with a goodbye,
Hard to understand how good memories can start to make you cry.
Hard to understand how forever never really seems to last,
Hard to understand how friends can just leave you when you`re down,
Hard to understand how when you need someone they`re never around.
Hard to understand how people change and think they`re so much better
Hard to understand how people forgive even though they can't forget
Hard to understand how one night can contain so much regret.
